1. Who We Are
These Website Terms & Conditions govern use of NorthcrestPest.com, related pages, forms, assessment requests, portals, and digital content operated by NORTHCREST Pest Management LLC.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
3. Website Information Is Not a Service Contract
Website content is general information only and is not a service contract. A service relationship begins only when Northcrest accepts a Service Order, agreement, or other written or electronic authorization.
4. Assessment and Booking Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, price, response time, coverage, or acceptance. Before accepting work, Northcrest may clarify the property, pest or wildlife concern, service area, licensing scope, schedule, and price.
5. Estimates and Quotes
Any pricing, ranges, examples, or preliminary estimates shown on the website are not final offers unless expressly accepted as a binding Service Order.
6. Service Area and Licensing
Services may be limited by geography, pest category, property type, licensing, insurance, season, safety, and operations. Displayed services are not guaranteed to be available everywhere.
7. No Emergency or Medical Advice
The website is not emergency or medical advice. Direct urgent bites, stings, poisoning, rabies exposure, severe allergic reactions, chemical exposure, fire, structural instability, and similar hazards to appropriate emergency or professional resources.
8. Pesticide and Wildlife Information
Field services remain subject to product labeling, licensing, species rules, government requirements, and signed service agreements.
9. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You may use the website only lawfully and must provide accurate information. You may not impersonate another person, submit information about property without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual Property
Northcrest and its licensors own or license the website design, brand assets, original text, graphics, photos, service descriptions, layouts, software elements, and proprietary content. You may not use or commercially exploit that content without authorization.
11. User Submissions
You represent that you have the right to provide submissions through the website. You grant Northcrest a nonexclusive right to use them for response, assessment, service, records, claims, and legal compliance. Nonwaivable rights and liability under a signed service agreement are preserved.
17. Online Contracts and Electronic Signatures
Displayed contract terms and the version accepted online govern that transaction. Northcrest may retain electronic records, timestamps, consent states, signatures, and audit data.
18. Recurring Service Disclosures
If recurring service is offered online, the price, frequency, continuation or renewal, material cancellation terms, and cancellation method will be clearly shown before acceptance. The specific recurring agreement controls.
19. Security
Users are responsible for protecting portal credentials and should report suspected unauthorized access. Northcrest may suspend access to protect customers, systems, or data.
20. Changes to Website and Terms
Changes to the website and these Terms operate prospectively. The effective date will be updated for material changes. These general Terms do not retroactively amend signed service contracts unless lawfully permitted.

Northcrest may restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, harassment, system interference, or violations of these Terms.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
Ohio law governs these Terms except where federal law controls. Ordinary website-use disputes should first go through good-faith written resolution. Mandatory consumer-law rules and executed service agreements control where applicable.
23. Severability and Entire Terms
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A signed service agreement controls actual pest-management services where there is a conflict with these general Terms.
